About TLTB Online Marketplace
The TLTB Online Marketplace is the official digital platform of the iTaukei Land Trust Board (TLTB) for listing and leasing iTaukei land across Fiji. It allows members of the public to browse available land parcels, make enquiries, and formally submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to lease a piece of land.

All land listed on this platform is iTaukei land managed by the TLTB on behalf of iTaukei landowners. Leasing through this platform follows the TLTB's official processes and requirements.

Browsing Listings
The listings page shows all land parcels currently available for lease. You can search and filter to find land that suits your needs.
1

Visit the Listings Page

Click Listings in the navigation bar to see all currently available land parcels.

2

Search & Filter

Use the search bar to find land by name, or filter by province and closing date to narrow down results.

3

View Listing Details

Click on any listing card to see full details including photos, location map, land specifications, services available, and pricing.

4

Check the Closing Date

Each listing has a closing date. Make sure you submit your enquiry or EOI before the listing closes.

Tip: Listings with a gold border or "Active" badge are currently open for EOI submissions. Listings without a closing date remain open until further notice.
Submitting an Enquiry
An enquiry is an informal message to the TLTB team. Use this if you have questions about a listing before deciding whether to apply. It does not reserve or apply for the land.
1

Open the Listing

Navigate to the listing you are interested in and open the full detail page by clicking the listing card.

2

Click "Enquire Now"

Click the Enquire Now button in the price sidebar on the right side of the page.

3

Fill In Your Details

Enter your full name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message or question about the land.

4

Submit & Wait for a Response

Click Submit Enquiry. The TLTB team will review your message and respond to your email address.

Tip: Be as specific as possible in your enquiry message. Include what you plan to use the land for — this helps the TLTB team give you a more useful response.
Expression of Interest (EOI)
An Expression of Interest (EOI) is a formal application to lease a piece of land. Submitting an EOI does not guarantee you will be awarded the lease — it is an expression of your interest which the TLTB will review along with other applicants. You must provide all required documents for your EOI to be considered.
1

Open the Listing Detail Page

Find the land you want to apply for and open its full detail page.

2

Click "Expression of Interest"

Click the Expression of Interest button in the price sidebar. A form will appear with all the required fields.

3

Fill In Your Personal Details

Enter your full name, date of birth, email, phone number, occupation, and your bid price. Your bid price must be equal to or higher than the minimum land price shown on the listing.

4

Upload Required Documents

Upload all six required documents: Birth Certificate, TIN Letter/Card, Confirmation of Employment, Salary Slip, Bank Statement, and FNPF Statement. You may also attach additional supporting documents.

5

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an Enquiry and an EOI?
An Enquiry is an informal message asking questions about a listing — it does not apply for or reserve the land. An Expression of Interest (EOI) is a formal application to lease the land, which requires your personal details, a bid price, and supporting documents.
Does submitting an EOI mean I will get the land?
No. Submitting an EOI is an expression of your interest only. The TLTB reviews all EOIs received for a listing and will contact successful applicants. Multiple applicants may apply for the same listing and TLTB will make the final decision based on its assessment criteria.
What happens after I submit my EOI?
Once submitted, your EOI will be received by the TLTB team and reviewed. Your application may be marked as Pending, then moved to Under Review, and finally either Approved or Rejected. The TLTB team will contact you via email or phone with updates on your application.
Can I submit an EOI after the closing date?
No. EOIs must be submitted before the listing's closing date. Once a listing closes it will no longer appear on the marketplace. We recommend submitting early to avoid missing out.
What file formats are accepted for document uploads?
Accepted file formats are PDF, JPG, PNG, DOC, and DOCX. Each file must be under 10MB. We recommend PDF format where possible as it preserves document quality and formatting.
My bid price — how should I decide what to enter?
Your bid price must be at least the minimum land price shown on the listing. You may bid higher if you wish. The bid price is one of the factors the TLTB considers when evaluating EOIs, along with your supporting documents and other criteria.
I submitted an enquiry but haven't received a response. What should I do?
Please allow 2–3 business days for a response. If you have not heard back, you can contact the TLTB Head Office directly by phone at (679) 3312 733 or by email at info@tltb.com.fj. You can also use the Contact Us page.
Is there a cost to submit an enquiry or EOI?
No. Submitting an enquiry or an Expression of Interest through the TLTB Online Marketplace is completely free. Costs only arise if your EOI is approved and you proceed with a lease agreement.
